When you first install BJ! Synegy, your main menu may not have the look-and-feel as you see on our demo site. It may looks like this:

Don't worry because you can change the menu style easily in Administrator. Just go to module manager, change the Menu Style of your Main Menu to Flat-List, as bellow:

Now refresh your website, your main menu now works perfectly !
